"Let the cur reform or take cover! " said Neill. The cur has been confined. "Sandy", a small dog belonging to Dr. E. H. Hartsell of the De partment of English, is now under observation at the Vine Veterina rian Hospital on Durham Road. " We will hold Sandy for 10 days", said Dr. Vine yesterday. "So far, however, we haven't no ticed anything wrong with him." Sandy, evidently in a burst of springtime enthusiasm, bit three men last Monday, one of them a Carolina football player.
