Grail-Mural Tourney Ends What has probably been the most successful tournament in the his tory of the Intramurals program comes to an end tonight when a dormitory and a fraternity team square off at 8 on the varsity court for the championship. Last night Aycock played the Spodie-Odies and Chi Psi played PiKA. The winners of those two games go at it at 8 for the First Annual Grail-Mural Holiday Basket ball Festival crown. Members of the two co-sponso-ing groups, the Intramurals depart ment and the Order of the Grail, were high in their praise of the tourney. One official said, "We thought we might have a good tour nament, but this one has gone be yond our wildest expectations." Over 100 teams entered the gala hardwood affair, with better ' than 1,000 boys seeing action. Officials reported that slightly over 100 games had been played. Another encouraging fact to the sponsoring groups was that there were only two forfeits. The festival spanned seven days. Members of the Grail will be on hand tonight to present a plaque to the winning team. The Grail has been happy about the excellent competition between dormitories and fraternities. Members point out that the competition has been close be tween the two groups all the way, and that tonight a dormitory and fraternity learn will play for the championship. 440 Freestyle -.1.
