Mrs. Margaret Reese, 54 of 94 Hamilton Rd., Glen Lennox, was found submerged in the, tub after her living companion en tered the apartment and heard the water running in the bath room. Police Chief William Blake said the death was apparently caused by an accidental fall backwards into the tub. An autopsy has been ordered by police. The board unanimously adopt ed a resolution saying that a fourth campus of the University would help meet "the demon strated need to provide univer sity level education in the densely populated and expand ing southern Piedmont area."
