Skip Tucker was low man for both teams with a two under par 70. Ed Hoopes and Tommy Glascock fired 71 and 72. Depth through the seven man team is developing into the Tar Heel's main strength. The eighth and ninth men on the squad appear to be as likely to break par as the number one man. John Baldwin, the lone junior on tne team, played the num ber one position and fired a 73. The team meets South Caro lina Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock at Finley. Spectators may gather at the 18th green just before 4:30 to see the seven twosomes finish.
