The 6045's power handling capacity may seem modest compared with Sony's higher priced receivers, but its 25 watts RMS per channel are more than enough to drive two pairs of stereo loudspeakers. The FM and AM Tuner sections of this remarkable receiver employ the same innovative solid state techniques that characterize all Sony components. The Sony ST R 6045 offers more dollar for dollar value than do the other receivers priced considerably higher. This unit delivers 25 watts RMS per channel with both channels operating at 8 ohms. 426 E MAiNSr CARR8CHO N C 250 1 j! 7 WiM !
