Music Dept. will present Fred Raimi, cello, and his wife, Jane Hawkins, piano, in a duo recital in the East Duke Music Room at 8:15 on Saturday, Sept. 17. Rock Around the Block Operation Breakthrough, Durham's community action agent, is sponsoring a fund-raising festival called Rock Around the Block on Sept. 17, 1977, from 3 p.m. until ! 1.
