Tickets for the first round of the
East Regionals of the NCAA tourna
ment in Greensboro will go on sale to
day at 8:30 at the ticket office in Car
michael. Students may purchase one
student section ticket and up to four
general public tickets. Students may
only purchase the four-game package
for games on Thursday and Saturday,
and may not purchase tickets for
Saturday's games separately. Students
need to bring their ID and athletic
pass along with $30 for the tickets.

There will be a mandatory DTH
meeting today at 5 p.m. in the Union
Auditorium. All staff members, both
old and new, must attend. Most in

North Carolina's women's basketball
team has accepted a bid to the NCAA
tournament and will face eighth-ranked
Georgia in Athens on Saturday, March
19, at 7:30 p.m.
"To play Georgia in Athens will be ex
tremely difficult," head coach Jennifer
Alley said. The Southeastern Conference
champions sport a balanced starting five
