"The Friday arrests were pro bably the result of more people partying in the nice weather and the fact that there were many private parties that night." Jarvies said the arrests were made on East Franklin Street, Rosemary Street and the Man ning Drive and 15-501 Bypass area. Police had pinpointed these as major areas where DUIs oc cur, he said.
