The Ronald McDonald House provides a temporary home for families of hospitalized children who are visiting hospitals on an outpa tient basis. The proceeds from the game will benefit both the house in ' Durham, founded in 1979, and one now under construction in Chapel 'Hill. Margie Herst, administrative assistant at the Durham House, said the event has been in the works for some time. "We have planned and planned," Herst said Monday. The UNC Marching Band annu ally participates in a fundraiser, and this year it is joining in with the Ronald McDonald Houses Along with the fundraiser, the Tar Heels will try to keep their hopes for an NCAA bid alive against a hungry Duke squad. The Blue Devils feature Chris Moreland, a tough inside scorer. At half time of the game there will be a shootout featuring Gov. Jim Martin, Duke men's coach Mike Krzyzewski and Miss North Carolina. Tickets for the game can be purchased in advance or at the door from the Duke ticket office. The UNC Marching Band is also selling tickets in the Pit.
