The faculty of Frank P. Gra
ham Elementary School includes
three teachers’ wives, two of
them the wives of Chapel Hill
school principals. Only two new
teachers are at Frank P. Gra
ham this year. Mrs. Mary E.
Fraiser, who teaches the first
grade, and Mrs. Bernice Otude
ko. who teaches the sixth.
