A. F. of L. Rally To Be Held At Bryant Park Saturday P.M. T. A. Wilson, of Raleigh, chairman of the N. C. Workmen’s Compensa tion commission, will be principal speaker at a barbecue dinner at Bry ant Park next Saaurday at 4 P. M., sponsored jointly by the State Federa tion of Labor, and the Charlotte Cen tral Labor union. Major A. L. Fletcher, Carolines di recor of the Wage-Hour administra tion, has been invited to attend end to speak but has not yet accepted, it was reported last night. Mr. Wilson is a past president of the State Federation of Labor and a member of the International Typo graphical union . All local union members have been invited, and their officials and mem bers of the State federation and of the executive board will be present. State highway workers have been es pecially urged to attend. A number of other speakers are on the program, G. J. Kendall is to charge of arrangements.
