OF L CENTRAL LABOR UNION CALLS FOR DELEGATE ATTENDANCE FROM THE VARIOUS AFFILIATED LOCAL UNIONS To All Local Unions and Delegates Affiliated, Greetings: By unanimous action of The Charlotte Central Labor Union, in regular session, I was instructed to advise yon that the con stitution provides that “any delegate absenting himself from four (4) consecutive meetings, without a reasonable excuse, will be dropped as a delegate and his Local Union so notified.” This, however, not to effect the affiliation of any organization. The purpose of this provision is to provide regular representa tion of all Local Unions, and at the same time, be prepared to, at all times, exert our numerical strength when necessary. There fore, we respectfully urge you to check your attendance and b« prepared to answer the roll call as often as possible.
