MORSE SAYS DICE ARE
LOADED AGAINST WORKERS

a perfect formula for industrial
unrest.”
He riddled the law’s provisions
which require unions to submit all
sorts of reports and affidavits
before they can use the machinery
of the National Labor Relations
oard.
“That’s like telling a citizen
whose house is being burglarized
that he can’t have police protec
tion because his taxes are in ar
rears.” Morse said.
Morse summed up by warning
that, in the end, the act may open
the door to Fascism.
“Once a government starts to
exercise the power to direct the
relations which shall exist be
tween supposedly free workers
and free employers,” he asserted,
“then it is not many steps away
from a regimented economy.”
