This new sweet cocoa mix eliminates tong boiling and testing. The mix, milk and butter are heated together just long enough to dissolve the sugar and boil for a minute. But speaking of fudge as we were a while back, here are the easy directions for making it, using this new product with its 4-in-l advantages. . ..._ „ QUICK FUDGE % cup sweet cocoa mix 1V4 cups sugar ww 8 tablespoons butter H cup water Grease a small shallow loaf pan or small pie pan. Combine ingre dients in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium neat until sugar is completely dissolved — about 5 minutes. Bring to a full rolling boil and cook 1 minute without .'stirring. Remove from heat and beat with rotary egg beater or spoon until mixture begins to thicken. Beat with spoon until mixture begins to hold shape slightly.
