Raisin Pie 1% tablespoons quick cooking tapiocs; cup brown sugar, firmly packed; fe teaspoon aait; V4 tea spoon cinnamon; 1% cups water; I cups raisins; 1% tablespoons lemon Juice; 1% teaspoons grated lemond rind; pastry for two-crust •-inch pie; 1 tablespoon butter. Combine quick cooking tapioca, sugar, salt, cinnamon. water, raisins, lemon Jnice, and rind; let stand about 15 minutes, or while pastry is being made.
