Most all people want to do right, and obey the law, and for their pro tection and safety certain ordinances are enacted that are intended to cor rect all wrong. Those, however, who deliberately violate ordinances, and laws, of the community, must be dealt with for the protection of those who do keep the law, therefore the town 'commissioners have drafted some new Mr. and Mrs. Sam Dunn and Mrs. 'Paul Kitchin motored to Rocky Mount 'to attend the horse racing.
