Kerosene Lamps, afford as much light as 8 gas
burners ; 4 gallons of Kerosene Oil will supply 4
lamps one month,' which, at $1,20 per gallon, is
$4.80 per month, or : a cost of one cent per hour
per lamp; therefore, by burninggas, the expense is
only six hundred per centum greater than to burn
