W. Goddard. . She was a daughter of the late Col. J. G.'.and Mary Anna Burr, an old arid prominent family of the lower Cape-Fear , ' Those surviving her have the sympathy of a large circleof friends. The remains were brought to this city and the funeral was from the Church of the Good Shepherd on Wednesday V Rev. W. R.
