Cobb be remitted. On motion, the matter was tabled. Dr. W. J. H. Bellamy sent in a com munication stating that while riding by the corner of Front and "YY'ooster streets his horse and buggy were over- tnrued by a pile of shavings placed in the streets, anil that hinjself and the bujrgy were injured to the amount of 42.)0 which he asked to be allowed bim.
