Thereupon he culled police officer George Sullivan, and told him to watch the fellow. The negro, whose dame im Robert Shaw, then went down to Messrs. Soh Bear k Bro's. store, Mr. Sullivan watching um the meanwhile.! Shaw, seeing a from the door deliberately took out his knife, cut fhem down and contin ued ou toward the wharf. A small Italian boy. with four birds in a cage created quite an excitement on Market street: yesterday afternoon. In front of the .cage was a pile of small envelopes.
