L, 5 p. m., Sunset. The Y. M. C. A. team tomorrow will be dragged down from its high perch at the top of the percentage column and its vermilion winning streak ground into a million atoms in Sunset Park dust tomorrow afternoon this is, if the W. L. I. has its way about it. They say the Soldiers had a meet ing about it the other night had a chairman, and all that, and formally passed a resolution or it might have been cigarettes deciding positively that the Y. M. C. A. must be beat. They are said to be inviting their friends, including the ladies, to be present tomorrow afternoon to help them win. It bids fair to be "some game." The Associationers are hold ing their place with a percentage of 1,000, and the Y. L. I. is in second place. The first game is that between the Giants, with Bert Kite as backstop, and the Brigaders. The Giants have been having poor luck so far, but are said to be determined to win from the Brigaders tomorrow. Green and Bruni will likely twirl for the Y. M. C. A. and Laugh tr id ge for the Y. L. I. ham; with holp and rescue for Lot from the fiery doom of Sodom and Gomorrah; with food for Elijah when he was about to perish from weari ness and hunger in the desert; with safety for Daniel in the den of lions; with release from prison for Peter when in Herod's dungeon; and they ministered to the prisoners at Philip pi; to Paul and his companions when in tempest on the sea; to send Peter with a message of salvation to Corne lius, whose mind they had previously opened to receive the gospel thus in all ages holy angels have ministered to God's people. "Every Christian has a guardian angel to shield him from the power of Satan. Satan recognizes this, for said to God, 'Doth Job fear God for J naught? Hast thou not made a hede j about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath?' This hedge with which God protects his people is described in the words of the Psalm ist, 'The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him and delivereth them.' This is also reveal ed in the words of Josus when he said 'Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my father.' That is, the guardian angels of God's children always have access into his presence. Tonight at the tent Mr. Haynes will preach a sermon on the subject, "Is Being a Christian Worth While?" Declaring his strong belief in the agency of angels, both good and bad, Evangelist Haynes interested a good sized congregation last night at the gospel tent in which he is holding nightly meetings at Eleventh and Maiket streets. He said that the be lief that angels were the disembodied spirits of dead people was in opposi tion to the teaching of the Bible as the Scripture taught that angels were a higher order of beings. He read a large number of passages from the Bible, and said: "Angels are not the spirits of men and women who once lived on the earth. Angels were in existence be fore the creation of man, for we read in Job xxxviii-7 that when God laid the foundations of the earth, 'the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy.' And then before a human being had died angels were sent to guard the tree of life, after the fall of man. "Angels are a higher order of be ing than men, for David in the Psalms informs us that man was 'made a lit tle lower than the angels.- "To the children of God angels are sent on missions of mercy. Ilawley, 3C46 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, writes: "Some morrths ago my attention was called to EX-ZEMA-FO, claimed to be a specific for eczema. The remedy was highly lauded by an eminent jurist, who obtained complete relief from its use. I am somewhat loath to employ or recommend secret or proprietary medicines or lotions not knowing their compound; but on investigating I was convinced of its harmlessncss and em ployed it in some dozen or more cases with perfect satisfaction. A strange thing occurred during my observa tions, viz.: A member of my own family was suddenly afflicted with general eczema. I used EX-ZEMA-FO freely with the satisfaction of procuring both prompt and lasting re lief. My sense of medical ethics would prevent mc in tendering you this testimonial, but my feeling of gratefulness in having obtained both the product and necessary informa tion from you, may perhaps justify my sending you this communication. You arc entitled to this." So confi dent arc wc that EX-ZEMA-FO will relieve any case of eczema or other skin trouble that we agree to refund the purchase price if results are not satisfactory. 50 cents and $1.00.
