Connor, who this J afternoon will adjourn the present term of Superior Court, was, this morning presented with a petition signed by. practically every memben of the Wilmington bar, requesting that he hold the next term of court for the trial of civil cases which is to convene shortly after the first of the new year; As there are several re ceivership cases to come up at that term which Judge Connor is familiar, the local attorneys are anxious that he arrange an exchange of courts with Judge Bond, who is scheduled to come here. Hon; George Rountree and Addison G. Ricaud, Esq., made short talks in court this morning expressing the wish-of the' local barfor the return of the presiding judge.
