It shall be a misdemeanor for any minor to have any of the liquors men tioned in Section 1 of this Act in his possession, whether belonging to him self or another, and upon conviction he shall be fined not less than. ten ($10) nor more than five hundred ($500) dol lars, and in the discretion of the court he may be sentenced to jail or to a re formatory, for not less than one nor , more than six months. And if it shall appear in any prosecution, under this section, that such minor is acting as the agent of another person, person, such person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Sec. 26. That any person who shall be found drunk or under the visible in fluence of intoxicating drink, in any of the public places named in Section 21, or in any other public place, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con viction shall be fined not less than ten ($10) dollars nor more than one hun dred $(100) dollars, and in the discre tion of the cou rmtay be confined in jail not more than sixty (60) days.
