CHICAGO GRAIN.
Chicago, June 19. Ideal crop condi
tions sent wheat prices today swiftly
down grade. Opening quotations
which -ranged from 3 to 4 1-Sc lower,
with July, at 2.07 and September at
1.81 to 1.82, were followed by a little
rally and then a material fresh break.
Favorable-, weather pulled down
corn. After opening 1-4 to 1 3-8c low
er, the market reacted somewhat, but
soon took a decided new drop.
Oats weakened with corn. Crop ad
vices . continued good .
. Active selling of lard depressed the
provision list as a whole.
Wheat prices closed steady, 4 to 6
l-8c net lower, with July at 2.05 and
September at 1 . 81 . Corn -Closed un
settled, at 1 l-4c decline to 1 l-8c ad-,
