Wallace, June 29. The funeral of
Mrs. C. C. Boney, of Rose Hill, took
place here in Rock Fish cemetery.
Services were conducted by her pas
tor, Rev. W. P. M. Currie, of the
Presbyterian church
Mrs. Boney had been visiting her
daughter, Mrs. N. H. Carter, for sev
eral weeks, and while her death was
not entirely unexpected, it came, nev
ertheless, as a shock. A few years
ago she suffered a stroke of paralysis,
and since, while unable to speak,
