Russell “Rusty” Howard Lilly, Jr. WILLIAMSTON - RusseU “Rusty” Howard LU- ley, Jr., lost his battle with cancer on May 11, 2017. Rusty was bom in Bertie County on Febmaiy 12, 1961 to Hester Reed Lee and the late RusseU H. Lil- ley. Rusty was the owner of RusseU’s Hairstyling, he was a barber for 32 years. He had retired from barbering and started a new career with East Car olina University. He eryoyed his job and the peo ple he worked with. He attended West End Baptist Church. Funeral services wiU be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dolan Baker officiating. Burial wiU foUow in Martin Memorial Gardens. SCSEP is funded by the Department of Labor and offers the opportunity to learn work skills through subsidized em ployment while permanent employment is being sought.
