WILLIAMSTON - Second Edition will be in gospel concert
at 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21 at West End Baptist Church.
There will be no admission charge, but an offering will be
taken. The church is located at 1505 W. Main St. in William-
ston. The congregation invites the public to attend,

Olive Missionary Baptist Church,

Chili Cook Off
ROBERSONVILLE - The annual Chili Cook-Off and all-you-
can-eat Chili Dinner is planned for 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan.
27 at Full Gospel Way of the Cross Church.
Each entry will be judged individually by presentation and
taste. Each participant must bring no less than a gallon of
cooked chili in a pot or crockpot.
Tickets for the dinner are $5.
For more information, call 252-326-0586. Awards will be
given for the best chili. The church is located at 1112 James
Road in Robersonville.

Black Heritage Tea
WINDSOR - The 31 St annual Black Heritage Tea is planned
for 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist
Church. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Stacy Best of
Warren Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Edenton. He will
be accompanied by his choir, ushers and congregation.
The church is located at 1352 Woodard Road in Windsor.
The Pastor, the Rev. Dr. James R. Wrighton, and congre
gation invite the public to attend.

Pastoral Installation Service
WILLIAMSTON - The Installation Service for the Rev. Cyn
thia Pointe, Pastor-elect, is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb.
10 at Mount Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
The guest speaker will be the Rev. Ernest Brooks III of
Atlanta, Ga., and music will be rendered by Majestic Voices
of Lumberton.
The church is located at 205 N. Elm St. in Williamston.
