ty Public Registry, adjoining the Leroy
West lands, the Cleaton lands, Mamie
Hoggard lands, the public road lead
ing from Hexalena to Poweilsville, and
from Poweilsville to Windsor, estimated
to contain 3 '/i acres, more or less.
Less and Except any and all lots or par
cels conveyed prior to the tax lien fore
closed herein.
This is the identical property in deed
dated December 12, 1946 from J. A.
Pritchett and wife, Mamie S. Pritchett
to Sam Bunch and German Lee Speller
recorded in Book 380, page 263, Bertie
County Public Registry.
