ASKEWVILLE - Two men are behind
bars after an alert neighbor gave
law enforcement a helping hand.

ley said the incident began when a
neighbor spotted a vehicle leaving
a friend’s residence just outside

“The neighbor realized the vehi
cle didn’t belong at that residence
and knew the residence had been
broken into before,” Chief Deputy

County citizens will not
see an increase to their
tax rate,” said Vaughan.

county is 86.5 cents per

Vaughan, if all budget
requests had been ap
proved there would
have been a 33-cent tax
increase would have

The conference will be
held at World Harvest Chris
tian Center, 908 S. king St. in
Windsor.
According to Loman, the
mission of the conference
is to bring economical and
spiritual growth to the peo
ple in or near Windsor for no
charge.
