EDWARDS CULLASAJA AND CARTOOCE CHAYE COUNCILS I read in the Sunday Citizen Times, a. long article about Dr. S. H. Lyle. Dr. Lyle is one of the oldest Juniors in the-county ; since he joined the lodge in l'JO as a charter member of Cullasajavoun cil. The article I read in the daily said that he owned around 10,000 books; and I bet he has read them all. . ; MILLSHOAL NO. 246 E. V. Ammons has bought the Wesley Young farm, of some forty acres, which is located on the hcid waters of Rabbit Creek. Millshoal council has been tak- Ling in new" members here of late- John Ferguson and Zeb Taylor are two of the new members. On Saturday night, March 26 will be a great time at Millshoal coun cil as there is plenty of degree work to be done. Rev. Alvin Solesbce was in town last week shopping or talking pol itics. The strange thing about Rev. Solesbee is the fact lie can't come to town on Thursday night. 493 COWEE COUNCIL The Cowee council were well represented in Franklin last Satur day. It seemed as if every other person I saw was from Cowee. T. M. Rickman said that the Cowee lodge was on a great ioom ; and at every meeting night they were having degree work." There are two Junior lodges that are holding back on the rest of us boys. I wonder why Highlands and Higdonville councils doesn't send in the history of their charter and council, etc. If I had that information we could then have a complete history of the Junior Order of Macon county.
