Wil liams and Cansas Williams, his wife, to S. Sternberg and E, P. SEVENTH TRACT: Being a part of State Grant No. 1869, and lying and being in Cowee Town ship, being a part of what is known as the Osborne tract, and BEGIN NING at a hickory, the Northwest corner of Grant No. 1868 and the Northeast corner of Grant No. 1869, and runs South 70 deg. West, 35 poles to a stake; thence South 20 deg. East, 311 poles to a stake in line of McCormack Tract; thence North 82 deg. East, 36 poles to a stake, corner of McCormack Tract; thence North 20 deg.
