Under and by virtue of power of
sale contained in a certain deed of
trust made by S. Sternberg and
wife, Annie Sternberg, to the un
dersigned Trustee, dated the 15th
day of March, 1929, and duly reg
istered in the Office of the Regis
ter of Deeds for Macon County,
North Carolina, in Book of Mort
gages and Deeds of Trust No. 32,
Page 88, to which reference is
hereby made and default having
been made in the payment of the
indebtedness secured by said deed
of trust, whereby the power of sale
therein contained has become op
erative, said undersigned Trustee
will on Thursday, October 17, 1935,
at 12 o'clock, noon, sell at public

FOURTH TRACT: Consisting
of three separate tracts; one for
400 acres, one for 150 acres and
the third for 200 acres, more or
less, and fully bounded and de
scribed in a deed from the Michi
gan Mica Company to S. Sternberg
and E. P. McKoy, dated May
28th, 1927, and duly recorded in
Office of the Register of Deeds
for Macon County, "N. G, in Book
of Deeds No. A-4, Page v42, et
seq., on the 9th day of June, 1927.
FIFTH TRACT: Consisting of
a tract of land bounded and de
scribed in a deed from R. L. Wil
liams and Cansas Williams, his
wife, to S. Sternberg and E, P.
McKoy, dated the 5th day of July,
1917, and duly recorded in Book
A-4, Page 77, et seq., of the Rec
ords of Deeds of Macon County,
and containing 19 acres, more or
less, to which deeds and the rec
ords thereof, for fuller description
reference is hereby made.
The Fourth and Fifth Tracts
above described being the same
land as described in a deed from
E. P. McKoy and wife, to S.
Sternberg, dated the 6th day of
January, 1926, recorded in Book
N-4, Page 84, records of Deeds for
Macon County.
SIXTH TRACT: Being a part
of Grant No. 411, and lying and
being in the Mill Shoal Township,
BEGINNING at a stake, the
Northeast corner of State Grant
No. 411 and runs North 37J4 deg.
East, 7&A poles to a stake in the
North bank of an old road leading
into the Cowee Section; thence
South 49H deg. West, 24 poles to
a stake in an old road in Flower's
Gap; thence South 70J4 deg. West,
45 poles to a stake in the line of
Grant No. 999; thence North 31
deg. West, 23 poles to the North
west corner of Grant No. 411;
thence North 59 deg. East, 64 poks
to the BEGINNING; containing

SEVENTH TRACT: Being a
part of State Grant No. 1869, and
lying and being in Cowee Town
ship, being a part of what is known
as the Osborne tract, and BEGIN
NING at a hickory, the Northwest
corner of Grant No. 1868 and the
Northeast corner of Grant No. 1869,
and runs South 70 deg. West, 35
poles to a stake; thence South 20
deg. East, 311 poles to a stake in
line of McCormack Tract; thence
North 82 deg. East, 36 poles to a
stake, corner of McCormack Tract;
thence North 20 deg. West 318
