team will play Brevard high school
at Brevard Friday afternoon.
There are 24 boys working out

Officers Capture Man
And Liquor Cargo
Deputy Sheriff John Dills, high
way patrolman Jones and a police of
ficer from. Canton captured a.V-8
Ford, .72 gallons of sugar liquor
and one man, Willie Thompson,
Monday night about seven miles
from town on the Georgia road.
Thompson was placed in, jail in
Franklin and his bond set at $500,
and Patrolman Jones took charge
of the car and the cargo of liquor
for disposal by state authorities.

Township shall be issued to the

Finance Act,, showing the assessed
valuation of the County to be $5,
555,521.00, and the net debt for
school purposes, including the pro
posed bonds, to be $89,000.00. A tax
will be levied for the payment of
the proposed bonds and interest,
if the same shall be issued. Any
citizen or taxpayer may protest
against the issuance of such bonds
