ORDERED that bonds of Frank lin Township shall be issued to the maximum aggregate principal amount of $81,000 for the purpose of refunding the following bonds which are hereby determined to represent a valid indebtedness of the township incurred before July 1, 1933: , $28,000 6 per cent Road Bonds, dated April 1, 1914, payable April 1, 1944.
