Lamar Tompkins, of Leesburg, Fla., the wedding to take place in the early tart of January. Miss Southard is a graduate of the" Franklin high school and of the Grady hospital training school for nurses in Atlanta. At present she is a member of the nursing staff of the Theresa Holland hos pital in Leesburg, Fla. Mr. Tompkins graduated from the Leesburg. high school and then at tended the ' University of Florida in Gainesville. He is now manager of , the Lake View, hotel in Leesburg. U. D. C.
