Everyone is urged to buy as many seals as possible and help this great work along. MAYOR ISSUES CLEAN-UP PROCLAMATION The following proclamation has been issued by Mayor W. S. Davis, of Highlands : In observance of National Better Homes Week, and for the .advance ment of the appearance and sanita tion of the Town of Highlands, the Town Council has designated Mon day, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurs day, Friday and Saturday, April . o, U, Its, zy, ancl .JU as Cleanup Days in Highlands. Now, therefore, 1, W. S. Davis, Mayor of the said Town of High lands, hereby set apart and pro claim the days above mentioned a"-Clean-up Days, and call upon all residents and property' owners of the Town to clean, up all premises occupied and controlled by them putting all old cans, bottles and other rubbish in sacks and placing same on the street where they can be conveniently picked up and hauled off on a truck that will be furnished bv the Town.
