missioner will on the 26th day of
August, 1940, at 12 o'clock, noon,
at the Courthouse door in Macon
County, North Carolina, sell to the
highest bidder for cash the follow
ing described real estate:
Adjoining the lands of the heirs
of J, S. Waldroop and others,
bounded as follows, viz: Being all
the lot of land mentioned and de
scribed in a deed from J. S. Wal
droop to Mary C. Ray bearing
date the 5th day of April, 1910,
recorded in Book G-3 of Deeds
at pages 378-379K in the office of
the register of deeds for Macon
County, N. C, to which deed ref
erence is hereby made.
