Hirsch have made a considerable investment in mod ernizing and enlarging the build ings and landscaping the grounds since acquiring the property. This year three beautiful cottaces have been built on the grounds to in crease accomodatioa-i for 'summer visitors. Franklin s bid for the tourist business has been greatly enhanc ed because it can offer the ad vantages of this luxurious hotel in so rare a setting.
