Mrs.' iilda Woods who has been ill, is better now. Boyd Parker recently moved here from Clay county. Miss Ethel Mostellar of Hayes- ville, and Wayne Wood and Rob ert AlhsQn of Aquone, had an automobile accident here Saturday afternoon. EthelVMostellar is now in a Franklin , hospital with cuts and bruises and Wayne Woods has two broken ribs and some bruises, but is at home. Robert Allison wasn't injured. Mrs. DoshU Lee of Bastiona, N. C, visited here a couple of days. :; V Miss Juanita Lee returned to her home at Bastiona, N. C, yes terday after a visit here with rela tives and friends. Miss Vivian Jacobs has returned to her home at Rabun Gap. Ga. Lonnie Gibby's car got burned up last week. He now has a new car. ' There has been a Baptist church at Aquone for almost one hundred years, but the third Saturday of this month the ichuroh Deacons are putting up the church build ing to the highest bidder.
