Press Ads Pay New Regulations Limiting Mailing To Men Overseas T. W. Poster, postmaster, has requested that a inew ruling of the Post Office Department be announced concerning the mailing of packages to men overseas. No package or papers may be mailed to mejf in the armed services at any overseas base unless a writ ten request from the man himself, signed by his commanding officer from the foreign station where he is located may be mailed. This is a necessary ruling in view of transportation difficulties and overcrowding of foreign mail facil ities, it is stated. The troop went swimming in the Y.M.C.A. pool, then attended the court of honor.
