Houston Mrs. Owens Taken By Death Near Highlands Mrs. Jane Talley Owens, 84, died at the home of her son, Luther Owens, on the Walhalla, S. C., road, near Highlands, last Friday morning at 5:30 o'clock, following an illness of about three Weeks. Funeral services were held at j the Macedonia Baptist church ! at Satolah, Ga? Saturday morn ing at 11 o'clock, and burial fol- ? lowed in the Rogers cemetery.
