the Town of Franklin in regular session on August
5th, 1946, 1 will on Monday, September 9th, 1946 at
12:00 o'clock noon at the courthouse door in Frank

MACON COUNTY,
NORTH CAROLINA.
Under and by virtue of the power vested in, me by
the laws of the state of North Carolina, particularly
by Chapter 310 of the Public Laws of 1939 as amend
ed, and pursuant to an order of thje County Commis
sioners, f will offer for sale and will sell to the higta
est bidder, at the courthouse door in the County of
Macon at 12 o'clock noon on Monday the 2nd day of
September, 1946, liens upon the real estate described
below for the non-payment of taxes owing for the
year 1945, the name of the owner of, or the person
who listed the real estate for taxes, the real estate
which is subject to the lien, and the amount of the
lien being set out below. Reference is made to the
records in the office of Register of Deeds of Macon
County and in the Tax Supervisor's Office for: a
more complete description of said real estate. And
notice is hereby givefn that the amounts of the liens
set out below are subject to the addition of costs of
sale.
