Scaly Mr. and Mrs J. N. .vlcjunkin and daughter, Jerry Lee, who have been spending the past two months at their summer home here, have returned to their home In Fort Lauderdale, ' Fla. Qlin Dryman, deputy sheriff for Scaly township, spent the first of last week attending court in Franklin. Several Scaly folk attended the decoration services at Clear Creek, Ga , August 18 A number of residents here attended the singing at Skeenah August 18. Mr and Mrs. Brevard Will iams, of Atlanta, Ga., are spending, a few days at their farm and summer home here. Mi. and Mrs. McGruder and children left last week for their home in Coral Gables, Fla., after spending the past two months at their summer home here. Mr. and Mrs. William Dunn, of Washington, D. C, are spend ing a few days with Mrs. Dunn's sister, Mrs. Jess Miller, and Mr. Miller Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Vinson, Jim Vinson, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Vinson and Atlas Vinson left Wednesday for Birmingham, Ala . to attend the General As sembly of the Churches of God Mr. and Mrs. Berry Bostwick Funeral Conducted At Church Of Gcd In The Press of August 8 it was erroneously stated that the fu neral services for John E. Par rish. which was held August 5, were conducted at the Rose Creek Baptist church. The serv ices were held at the Oak Grove Raotist church, which Mr. Par rish was a member.
