Negroes Again Permitted To Enlist In Army The enllstVnent ol Negroes in the regular army has been re opened with negro applicants being given their choice of en listing in the army air lorce, unassigned, or in the regular 1 1 my, unassigned, according to i-sgt. James R. Dance, non t commissioned officer in charge of the Franklin sub-station. The reopening of Negro en listments occurred when the percentage of Negro personnel lell below that authorized.
