six churches on the circuit at
an oyster supper he gave at the
parsonage Tuesday evening of
last week.
Each of the six churches was
represented among the more
than 40 persons present.
At the business session, held
following the meal, the Rev. J.
H. Brendall, Jr., pastor of the
Franklin church, spoke. Miss
Catherine Norton, new charge
lay leader, presided.
