The text of the ordinance fol
lows:
It shall be unlawful for any
person, firm or corporation to
peddle, sell or offer to sell, from
trucks, wagons, or any other
vehicles, or in any manner or
place, except in a regular estab
lished place of business, any
fruit, vegetables, products, live
stock, meats, or merchandise on
any of the streets in the Town
of Franklin.
"This ordinance shall not ap
ply to Macon County farmers
