Franklin vocational agriculture department has been notified by the state office No veteran will be considered who does not have a satisfactory farming program under way now, it was said. The men to fill the vacancies will be selected by a committee of five, it was announced. Three members of the committee Harold Cabe, of Cat Creek, Gra dy Wiggins, of Otto, and John Dendy, of Gold Mine? are now taking the training and have good records. The tourth com mittee member is Robert Park er, himself a veteran, who is fa assistant teacher supervising a group of farmer veterans. The fifth man is Charlie Sutton, member of the local school com mittee and generally rated a Grade A farmer. These men will review all applications to select those to be accepted for train ing. Veterans who now are work ing full-time at farming may apply at the Veterans office in the Agricultural building, it was explained. Another committee, made up of six veterans who are now in training and an assistant teach er, Raffe Teague, has been set up with authority to remove any man from the training program if his behavior on class or in I the shop, or his conduct in gen- j eral, is considered a reflection on the program. The veteran trainees who are members of this committee are Bob Taylor, of Rabbit Creek, Lyman Wilson, of Clear Creek, W. L.
