Present for the occasion were all of her children, a number of grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren, as well as many relatives and friends. Mrs Rogers received many attractive gifts from well-wishers. Choirs from various points sang during the morning and afternoon, and the Rev. Swaf iord, of the Pine Grove church, preached. A bountiful meal was spread at noon. Mrs. Rogers is spending this week in Franklin, visiting her daughter, Mrs. S. W. Stanfield. Mrs. Grace Peek, of Waynes ville, and Mrs. Jane Tilson, of Gneiss, also are spending the week with Mrs. Stanfield.
