Rickman left h?re, Franklin has
changed so completely that he
would never have recongnized
the place, Mr. Rickman said
shortly after his arrival last
week- for a visit with relatives
and friends. Even the court
house, which Is the same,1
seemed unfamiliar.
Mr. Rickman, son of the late
Mr. and Mf-s. Caleb Rickman,
of the Rabbit Creek section,
went west In 1906. He became
a rancher at Prineville, Ore.,
and this is his first visit tack
