Paul, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Paul, of Brys n City, at Clayton, Ga., December 26. I The bride wore an aqua dress with black accessories, and her corsage was of white and or chid gladioli. I The only witnesses attending the ceremony were the bride's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Paul are making their home in Stuart, Fla. MISS OLIVER TO WED HIGHLANDS MINISTER The engagement of Miss Eliza beth Oliver to the Rev. Robert Early, pastor of the Highlands Methodist church, was an nounced by Miss Oliver's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Airs. John Marian Johnson, at an open house held by them Christmas afternoon at their home In Mount Olive. * The announcement was made on differing couplets written on tiny whlte-and-sllver scrolls to which miniature silver bells were tied with silver ribbons. These were the decorations for a lighted Christmas tree. About 100 guests called. MRS. NELLIE C. WEST WEDS REV. W. N. COOK The home of Mr. and Mrs. John C- Green, of Clayton, Ga, w as the scene of the Christmas day marriage of Mrs. Nellie C. West, of Highlands and Frank lin, to the Rev. W. N. Cook, of Webster. The ceremony was per formed by the bride's nephew, the Rev. W. T. Medlln, Jr., ol Clyde. The bride wore a navy blue dress of wool gabardine with beige accessories and a corsage of Christmas cactus and orange blossoms.
