Sweatman, for merly of Franklin, was marri ed to Fred Butterworth, of Zala ta, Mont , at 8 p. m. January 29 In Maryland. The wedding was solemnized at the Hyatts ville Methodist' church, with the Rev. Edgar Bickett officiating. The bride, who is the daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. D. M. Sweatman, of Franklin, and who attended public school here, was attired in a navy blue dress with black and grey accessories. Her corsage was of white car I nations. She was given in marriage | by the groom's son, Clifton But terworth, of Washington, D. C. Her attendants were Miss Shir ley Butterworth, maid of honor, and Mrs. Margaret Butterworth, and Ruby Ann Sweatman was flower girl. The groom is assistant mana ger of the People's Drug store in Hyattsville. Following a reception at the bride's home, the couple left for a hoeymoon in New Yor>t.
